Car Loan Requirements

For Individuals
- Completely filled up and signed application form
- Bank Statement *latest three (3) months
- Photocopy of the following documents:
- Two (2) valid identification (ID) with specimen signature of the Borrower’s (Applicant and Co-maker)
- Tax Identification Number/ID (TIN) or Income Tax Return (ITR)
Certificate of Employment with Compensation (COEC) *if employed - Business papers *if self-employed/with business
- Trade references *lists of client(s) and supplier(s) with contact person(s) and number(s)
- Employment Contract –if working outside the country
- Proof of Allotment or Remittance
For Companies
- Completely filled-up and signed application form
- Bank Statement -latest three (3) months
- Photocopy of the following documents:
- Two (2) valid identification (ID) with specimen signature of the Surety/ies and the Corporate Secretary
- Tax Identification Number/ID (TIN) or Income Tax Return (ITR) of the Company and the Surety/ies
- General Information Sheet (G.I.S.) – SEC
- Articles of Incorporation & By Laws
- Audited Financial Statement for the last fiscal year
- Board Resolution or Secretary Certificate
